About Us

 

Samantha Dwyer (BSc, GradDipEdPsych, MBA, MAPS) established PSI in January 2003. She is director of PSI and principal psychologist.

Sam is trained as an educational and organisational psychologist and has acquired considerable operational experience in human resource management roles. She has over 15 years experience in selection and development of staff, organisational training, team building and specialised HR consulting. As a trainer, Sam has been responsible for training and accrediting psychologists, academics and human resource professionals, in the use of a number of psychometric instruments.

Her expertise is often called upon to provide objective critiques to organisations of the many psychometric apparatus available in the marketplace.

Sam is ably supported by a highly talented panel of psychologists and human resources professionals from a variety of professional backgrounds.
