PSI are able to offer a range of developmental products aimed at all levels of the organisational hierarchy. What's more, we are happily able to manipulate products so that they more specifically relate to your current position, company culture or the career direction you are aiming for.
Candidate Feedback Reports
Following on from the recruitment assessments, many of the candidates who are successful in their applications find it useful to get a copy of their results. We tailor a report similar to the one sent to the clients so that the candidate is able to see their abilities results as well as details of their personality profiling which can directly benefit their first few months in the new role by offering helpful career development advice.
Managerial Self Awareness (MSA)/360 Feedback
This process involves getting an individual to rate their own performance on a number of work attributes. The individual then invites a manager and potentially a group of peers and direct reports to rate them on the same groups of work attributes. The results are then compared to review the indivudal’s levels of self-awareness and assess areas of strength and potential areas for development.
Development Assessment
Some candidates find themselves in a role where they did not have to undergo psychometric testing to get there. Quite often, these individuals find it rewarding to undertake a similar set of testing as we would offer in a recruitment situation. The results are then compiled into a candidate feedback report with information of that candidate's strengths, areas for development and career development tips.
In the coming months, PSI will be introducing some additional offerings to clients and candidates alike. These new reports will dovetail neatly with the current assessments, tying the recruitment process in with onboarding and future development. These new offerings will include:
Induction/ Onboarding Report
A report designed for new hires and their managers. The information taken from recruitment assessment is integrated into a report that outlines important points for discussion during induction (between the employee, hiring manager and HR manager); and, things that will facilitate onboarding and integration into the organisation.
Development Report
A report designed for new hires and their managers, the newly promoted or candidates who are unsure of how their career is developing. The information taken from recruitment assessment (for new hires or newly promoted - for candidates wishing to undertake the Development Report as career development, we will tailor the testing to specifically meet their needs) is integrated into a report that outlines typical developmental needs and the recommended interventions for individuals with this type of profile.
We have developed these two new products based on feedback from recruiters, human resources professionals and hiring managers, who want to make further use of assessment information beyond the recruitment process.
